Roots Fittings designed and created a roller/guide for the Loos & Co Professional PT1 and PT2 blood pressure monitors in 316 stainless steel to make them more reliable and durable than the original Loos & Co nylon rollers.

These rollers will save you a lot of trouble, because when the original rollers are machined, the tension values are not right. You think you're under-tensioned, so you keep adding more and more to your rig! Your performance won't be as good as you'd hoped, but you also run the risk of over-tensioning your rig, which can even weaken it.
